Ingredients For Smoothies: 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 cup milk
1 Tebil spoon Flax meal ( For Garnishing)
Directions: Place the banana, flax seed meal and milk into a Electric blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into Glass, Sprinkle With Flaxseed. Serve immediately.
