Spiced Prune Chutney

Ingredients: 1 cup dried pitted prunes, chopped
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil Or Vegetable Oil
1 small red onion Chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (Optional)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons White vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of salt
2 Table Spoon Sesame Seed (For Garnish)
Preparation: In a Large Micro oven Proof Glass bowl, combine the prunes and water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at high power for 2 -3 minutes, or until the prunes are plumped. Let cool.
In a medium saucepan, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the onion and cook over Medium high heat until softened, about 5 -6 minutes. . Add the mustard seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed red pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1to 2 minute. Stir in the prunes and their liquid, the vinegar, brown sugar and salt and simmer over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until look Jam about 15to 20 minutes. its ready. Sprinkle With Any Seed Or Sesame Seed. let it cool bring a glass jar with lead pour it and keep it Refrigerate it will fresh few days.
