Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients: 2 cups Mango (peeled, seed removed and Cut in cube)
1 cup sugar Or Your Test
1 Table Spoon freshly squeezed Lemon Juice ( Optional)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (35% Cream)
1 cup milk
Instructions: Blend the mango Sugar, lemon Juice & Milk. Blend Until Smooth! Whip the cream till soft peaks are formed Than add the mangoes pulp & mix well. Pour in a container and place in the freezer. Freeze it for 3-4 hours or over night. Serve With Your Choice Bowl Or Ice-cream Cone.

Sprinkle With Crush Pistachio & Serve .
