Almond and Banana Smoothies

Ingredients: 1 large ripe bananas { peeled and cut into chunks}
1 Cup Almond
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Directions: Place banana chunks into a sealable plastic bag and freeze until solid, 1 to 2 hours Or overnight. Place almond milk into a blender with frozen bananas and vanilla extract blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon to serve.
