Orange Panna Cotta


Orange Panna Cotta

Ingredients: 4 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
3 tablespoons water
3/4 cup sugar
1 Packet orange jelly Crystal
400 ml water
1 Cup Orange for garnish (optional)

Directions: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let soak 10 minutes. Keep a Side.  Now heat the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to dissolve the sugar. As soon as it simmers, turn off the heat and add the gelatin mixture, stirring to dissolve the gelatin.
Pour the mixture into glass or dessert cups. keep it while for set. Meanwhile bring a pot pour 2 cups (400 ml) water. Add the contents of orange jelly crystal packet heat & boil. Stir until dissolve.
Now pour the mixture top of the milk mixture. That we made earlier. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator 30-40 minute. Refrigerate if desired. When set completely serve with orange or as your choice.
