Coconut Sweet Rice

Ingredients: Basmati rice 1 cup, Sugar 1/2 cup, Coconut 1/2 cup (Clean Black Hard Skin than cut it in small Pisces), Ghee 2-3 Table Spoon, Cardamom 2 pieces, Cinnamon 1 Stick, Cloves 2 pieces, Bay leaves 2 pieces
Preparation: Wash the rice well and put them in a deep Large pan with 4-5 cups of water cook the rice in a medium heat until the rice is almost done (Not Fully Cook). Before remove from Stove add 1 Table spoon Ghee in the rice and wait 2-3 minutes.
Now strain out the rice through a strainer to drain the water and wash it under cold running water so that the rice grains remain separate. Make Sure Rice Fully Dry. No Left Water With Rice. Heat ghee in a Large pan. add cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves, Coconut in the Ghee for 1 minute. Then add rice into the pan and carefully stir it to coat the rice with ghee. After that add sugar, mix them well and cover the pan and turn the heat to low. Cook it in low heat for about 15- 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Uncover the lid and carefully stir the rice to evaporate the excess moisture from the rice.
Now put your coconut sweet rice in a serving dish and garnish with Your Favourite Nut Or coconut.
