Ingredients: Basmati rice 1 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup
food colour (3 Different Colour)
dissolve in 1 Tbs water(Each Colour)
Ghee-2-3 Table Spoon
Raisin 1 Table spoon
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cinnamon 1 Stick
Cloves 2 pieces
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Almond 2 Tbs
Cajun 2 Tbs (Few of Them)

Preparation: Wash the rice well and put them in a deep large pan with 4-5 cups of water or (As Need Water) cook the rice in a medium heat until the rice is almost done (Not Fully Cook). Before remove from Stove add 1 Table spoon Ghee in the rice and wait 2-3 minutes.
Now strain out the rice through a strainer to drain the water and wash it under cold running water so that the rice grains remain separate. Make Rice Fully Dry. No left water with rice.
Heat ghee in a Large pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves, Raisin, almond & Cajun in the Ghee for 1 minute. Then add rice into the pan and carefully stir it to coat the rice with ghee. After that add sugar mix them well and cover the pan and turn the heat to low. Cook it in low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Now Make 3 Hole in the Rice & Each Hole Drop Different Colour. After add colour do not stir any more. Just leave it For while. when it look dry then uncover the lid and carefully stir the rice to evaporate the excess moisture from the rice.
Now put your jorda in a serving dish and garnish with Your favourite nut or small jamun.
