*** Sugar Syrup ** 1 cup sugar , 1 cup water , lemon -1 Table Spoon .
Combine sugar, water and juice of half a lemon in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15 -20 minutes, mixture should thicken when it cools.

Ingredients : 2 cups semolina , 3⁄4 cup sugar 3⁄4 cup butter , 1 1⁄4 cups milk , 1 tablespoon baking powder , 1 teaspoons baking soda , 1 teaspoons vanilla
Directions :
At First Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Melt butter, allow to cool to room temperature. Combine sugar and buttermilk in a large bowl.Combine the semolina, vanilla, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl.Add semolina mixture to milk mixture, mix well, then add melted butter, and mix well
Spray an 11×7 inch pan 13×9 inch pan with cooking spray, pour in the mixture in to the pan bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown . Let set for 20 minutes.Bake more 15 more minutes, pour sugar syrup over it .serve with Cafe or Tea .
