Black Chana Vuna
Curry powder 1/2 tea spoon
Gorom masala powder 1/4 tea spoon
Green chilli 4-5 salt to taste
Chat masala 1 teaspoon (Optional)
Preparation: Soak chana in water overnight or 10-12 hour. Than wash well and let it for boil. When it cooked soften, drain water and wash with cool water, let it for dry. bring a Frying pan pour oil let it hot, add onion fry until light golden brown. Add rest all spicheses, add chana & fry until oil in top. Finally add green chilli, coriander leafs. Take of from stove. sprinkle with chat masala. Bring your choice plate or bowl as your preference. Enjoy.
