China Grass Mango Pudding

INGREDIENTS: Coconut Water 2 Kap, Water 2 Kap
Mango half Cup Or as Need
Blueberry half cup Or as You Need
Kiwi Half Cup Or as Need
Sugar As required
China grass 10 Gram
DIRECTIONS: Cut the mango into long slice. Place mango slice, Blueberry, Kiwi on the pudding Bowl or deep plait and keep a side. Soak the China grass with 1/4 cup of water for 15 mins or till it becomes very soft!
Mix together Water, coconut water, the soaked chinagrass and place it on fire. When the chinagrass starts melting, immediately remove from the fire. Otherwise it will curdle. Pour the long slice mango on a flat plate. Top it with the China grass mixture. Allow to cool. After Keep it at freezer before serve take a plate and turn over the pudding than cut in small pieces or your choice and serve.
