Cilantro Chutney

Ingredient: Cilantro 1 cup
Black salt 1/2 tea spoon
Tamari sauce 1 table spoon
One garlic (whole)

Sugar 2-3 Table Spoon
Mustard Seed 1 Tea spoon
Green Chilli 2-3

Directions: In a food processor, combine the cilantro, chile pepper, salt, garlic and tamarind juice. Process to a fine paste, adding enough water to achieve a thick sauce. Its Ready for serve.
