Salmon Fish Vorta

Ingredient: 1 Can salmon
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Chill powder 1/2 tea spoon

Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tea spoon
Curry powder 1/2 tea spoon
Mint leafs 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 table spoon

Method: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add Onion fry until golden Brown. Add Garlic and rest all dry spices. Add littlebit water, add salmon and salt, cook until dry. Add mint leafs cook for few Minute. Add coriander leafs and lemon juice. Serve with White Rice.
