Whole Tilapia Fish Fry

Ingredients: Whole Tilapia 1 piece
Onion 1 cup(chopped) or ring
Green chili 3-4 pieces
Red chili powder 1 te spoon

Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger paste 1 Tbs
Lemon juice 1 Table Spoon
Salt according to your taste
Oil for deep fry

Procedure: Clean the fish Very Well. Slit both side of the fish with a kitchen knife. Put red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Make paste. Add the mixture both side of the fish gently. Keep it 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion and green chilli until brown. Take off from oil and keep a side now same oil fry both side of the fish in lower medium heat until turn brown. Garnish with onion and green chilli and serve with white rice.
