Sardine Fish Vorta

Ingredient: Sardine fish 1 can
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic 1 tea spoon
Chill powder 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon


Coriander powder 1/2 tea spoon
Curry powder 1/2 tea spoon
Mint leafs 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies 10 ( More Or Less ) ( According Your Test )
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 table spoon

Method: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or work over medium heat. Add Onion fry until golden brown! Add garlic and rest all dry spices. Add littlebit Water, sardine and salt cook until dry. Add mint leafs cook for few minute. Add coriander leafs and lemon juice. Serve with white rice.
