Hilsha Fish Fry

Ingredients: Hilsha Fish 1 piece
Onion 1 cup (chopped) or ring
Green chili 3-4 pieces
Red chili powder 1 tea spoon

Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Salt according to your taste
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Ginger 1 tea spoon
Oil for deep fry

Procedure: Clean the fish well. Slice fish your own choice. Put red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl. Make paste. Add the mixture both side of the eggplant slice gently. Keep it 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion and green chilli until brown. Take off from oil and keep a side now same oil fry both side of the fish in lower medium heat until turn brown. Garnish with your own choice. Serve with white rice.
