Molasses Oil Fry Pitha (Malpua)

Ingredients: 1 cup of Rice flour
1/2 cup of Whole wheat Flower
1 tablespoon of semolina (optional)
1 cup of sugar or row sugar

1/2 cup molases (More Or Less) As choice or idea (Molasses is (Thick) Look Sirup
1 cup of water Or as need
Vegetable oil as need

Directions: Mix the flour, semolina, sugar and water to make a thick liquid mix. Heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil.


Take a big deep spoon and collect a portion in it. Carefully pour it in the hot bubbling oil as a round circle. The circle or Pita will swell as it gets deep fried. The Pita will be ready when it is golden brown, repeat to make more pitas as same proses.
