Ingredients: 1/2 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnut (Chopped)
1 cup butter (at room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tea spoon of milk or as need
Method: Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Beat sugar, butter together until its creamy. electric beater is best for mixing. Add vanilla essence. Sieve flour. Add chopped nut in flour and mix. Add flour in butter mixture and mix it with hands. Add few drops of milk and form a soft crumbly dough. Take a small portion of dough and roll it in a ball. Flatten them with your palms and make impression on it with fork or you can make any shape with cookie cutter or just cut by Knife. Place on greased tray and bake it for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and store in an airtight container. Serve with tea or cafe.
