Goat Brain Fry

Ingredients: Goat brain 1
Onion 2 Medium (Finally chopped)
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tea spoon
Cardamom 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon stick 1 pieces
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Oil-around 5 Table spoon Or According your Need
Salt 3/4 Tea spoon or according to your taste
Method: Soak brain in hot water for 5 minutes then clean, wash and drain water. Sprinkle 1 pinch turmeric powder and 1/2 tea spoon salt to it. Mix gently. Heat oil in a pan. Add brain and fry around 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves to the oil. Stir for a while. Add chopped onion, red chili and remaining salt and fry until tender. Add brain and fry another around 10-12 minutes in low heat. Remove from the pan and serve hot with rice, chapati or paratha.
