Broccoli With Dry Shrimp

Ingredients: Broccoli 2 Cup (Clean Cut & Washed)
Dry Shrimp 1 Cup
Onion paste 1-2 table spoon
Onion 1 large (chopped)

Garlic 3 teaspoon chopped
Green chili 3-4 pieces or your choice
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Oil-around 3-4 table spoon
Salt 1/2 ts or your choice
Coriander Leafs 2 table spoon (Optional)
Water as you need

Procedure: Wash Broccoli cut them & drain water. Wash dry shrimp drain water keep a side. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and stir it. When onion become soft, add onion paste, garlic chopped, cook for while! Add Dry shrimp, stir occasionally. Add broccoli and cook for a minute, add green chili, turmeric powder and pinch of salt and mix it well in a medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add Water. Cook it around 10 minutes in lower medium heat. Don’t cover the pan with lid. Stir occasionally. Add coriander leafs. When oil comes out remove from the pan. Enjoy with plain rice.
