Long Bean With Dry Shrimp

Ingredients: Long Bean 2 Cup (Clean Cut Cut & Washed)
Red small potato 1/2 cup (clean, cut & washed)
Dry Shrimp 1 Cup
Onion paste 1-2 table spoon

Onion 1 large (chopped)
Garlic 3 teaspoon chopped
Green chili 3-4 pieces or your choice
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Oil around 3-4 table spoon
Salt 1/2 ts or your choice
Coriander Leafs 2 table spoon (Optional)
Water as you need

Procedure: Wash bean, potato cut them & drain water. Wash dry shrimp drain water keep a side. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and stir it. When onion become soft, add onion paste, ginger paste, cook for while! Add Dry shrimp, Stir Occasionally. add bean and cook for a minute, add potato, green chili, turmeric powder and pinch of salt and mix it well in a medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add water. Cook it around 10 -15 minutes in lower medium heat. Don’t cover the pan with lid. Stir occasionally. Add coriander leafs. When oil comes out remove from the pan. Enjoy with plain rice.
