Spanish Omelette With Potato

Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes (Thin slice & half boil)
Salt to test
Onion 1 (chopped)
Green chilli 6-7 (according your test)
Green peas 1/4 cup (Boil)
Turmeric powder (Optional)
Peel the potatoes cut them into very thin slices and add season with salt. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
Put water in a pot half boil the potatoes for 4or5 minutes.
Beat the eggs and season with salt. When the potatoes are soft remove and drain them and add to the beaten egg, add peas mix them. Cook for about 5 minutes or until cook. Then with the help of a plate turn over the tortilla and cook for 5 minutes. Its ready for serve.
